Making knowledge work for people and forests
By 2030, we aim to double our impact, benefiting at least 5 million people across 20 million hectares of thriving, resilient and biodiverse landscapes
Our solutionsApply before 10 August 2025 to join our Communications team as an enthusiastic and proactive intern eager to learn and contribute to the digital communications of the Tropenbos International network.
Over the past five years, Tropenbos International has worked with IUCN NL and WWF-NL to support inclusive, climate-resilient economies in forest frontier areas, as part of the Mobilising More for Climate (MoMo4C) programme.
Across the Tropenbos International (TBI) network, partners have been exploring how environmental collaboration can also serve as a pathway to peace. Through small-scale, locally-driven initiatives, they applied conflict-sensitive and peace-positive approaches within their own landscapes.
The TBI network has members in Indonesia, Vietnam, Ghana, DR Congo, Suriname, Colombia and the Netherlands. The members share a common vision and mission, as well as a common focus and approach, while tailoring their efforts to the specific local context
